Excellence in Education
can be achieved only through excellence in teachers

In a world changing faster than ever, many teachers wonder how to prepare their children for tomorrow's demands. This workshop provides a vital breakdown of the essential skills teachers must introduce in classrooms to keep pace with the global trends.

“Teachers for Tomorrow”

   - teacher’s role in Enhancing Elementary Education

Education is a social responsibility and not just the responsibility of a school, teacher or parent. While we at Thulir continue to contribute our bit in empowering children, we understand and acknowledge that the excellence that we aspire in education is mainly driven by the excellence in a teacher.

Thus, Thulir is organising a one-day workshop, “Teachers for Tomorrow” to empower the teachers to inspire and empower every child. Based on a research conducted by Thulir, we found that, ‘Identifying Quality & Passionate Teachers’ was one of the top 3 issues that every school faced. Hence, this workshop will look beyond the academic qualifications of the teachers and focus on instilling the key qualities that make them the great teachers.

Our founder Mrs. Ranjani Indrajith, a passionate teacher herself, with a versatile experience as a teacher, trainer, researcher, curriculum strategist, visionary, entrepreneur and also a mother, will be conducting this workshop. During this teacher-exclusive workshop, Mrs. Ranjani will be sharing her insights and thoughts discussed in her latest publication titled,

“Teaching Today for Tomorrow”

– Enhancing Elementary Education with 9 Basic Skills of Life.

A child’s well-being goes beyond the walls of a classroom; the role of a teacher goes beyond being an educator. It is important that our children receive wholesome development that addresses their personality, attitude, health, mental strength, self-esteem, confidence, relationships and so on. Thus, the role of a teacher extends to being a motivator, inspirer, care-giver, role model and being an all-round life-coach. Through the workshop, she will be imparting valuable information on how a teacher can play out these roles and the various techniques and methodologies that can be employed during everyday classroom sessions.

The workshop will feature knowledge transfer sessions, discussions, role-play, hands-on experience, interactive sessions and Q&A sessions. Mrs. Ranjani will be discussing in-depth on several critical attributes that a child should possess beyond classroom learning and ways and means the teacher can help the child cultivate such attributes.

This exclusive workshop will be a one-time event. Thulir encourages all our beloved teachers to make use of this great opportunity so that together we can achieve our goal of creating great success stories for our children.

Looking forward to have you in this empowerment initiative.
